From drawings to the factory floor. 從圖紙到現場

Industrial environmental systems aren't a single product — they're a collection of things that all need to work together: bag houses, SCR denitrification chambers, cyclone collectors, large storage tanks. I was the main designer across the whole project, from 3D modeling to 2D construction drawings to on-site supervision. 環工設備不是單一產品，是一堆東西要同時運作：袋式集塵器、SCR 脫硝系統、旋風集塵器、大型儲桶。我是這個案子的主要設計師，從 3D 建模到 2D 施工圖到現場監造，整個流程都有跟。

Data first, then welding. 數據說 OK，才開始焊

Each piece of equipment has different flow requirements. I validated each with CFD before anything was built — airflow uniformity for SCR reaction efficiency, pressure drop management for the bag house, particle capture trajectory for the cyclone collectors. No assumptions, no guessing. 每種設備的流場需求不一樣，我在開始製造前分別用 CFD 驗證——SCR 要氣流均勻才有反應效率、Bag House 要控制壓損、旋風器要確認粒子軌跡真的能被捕捉到。沒有假設，沒有猜測。

Then came the factory. 然後就是現場

Drawings meet reality on the factory floor. Weld distortion, assembly tolerances, machinery that doesn't quite match what was drawn — I was on-site adjusting in real time, so what got installed actually matched what was calculated. 圖紙遇到現實的地方就是工廠現場。焊接變形、組裝公差、機具跟圖面有落差——我在現場即時調整，讓最後裝起來的東西跟計算結果一致。
