Same principle, a fraction of the size. 一樣的原理，縮進機台裡面

The company already had a cyclone dust collector — a large single-tube unit that worked fine, but took up way too much space to fit inside the machine enclosure. The question was whether we could shrink it enough to integrate it, without losing what made it effective. 公司原本已經有一個旋風集塵器——單管、體積很大、性能沒問題，但就是太佔空間，沒辦法縮進機台裡面。問題是：能不能在不損失效能的前提下，把體積壓到可以內建？

Smaller diameter, stronger centrifugal force. 管徑越小，離心力越強

The physics actually work in your favor here — smaller cyclone tubes generate stronger centrifugal force. So we switched from one large tube to a multi-tube parallel array, redistributing the airflow across multiple compact cones. Volume dropped dramatically. Separation efficiency stayed high. CFD confirmed it before anything was built. 物理在這裡對我們有利——旋風管的直徑越小，離心力越強。所以我們把一根大管拆成多管並聯陣列，把氣流分散到多個小型錐體裡。體積大幅縮小，分離效率維持住了。CFD 驗證確認後才開始製造。

Not a workaround. Part of the product. 不是外掛配件，是產品本身的一部分

The size difference compared to the original single-tube unit is obvious the moment you put them side by side. It's now integrated inside the machine — not bolted on, not a compromise, but built in from the start. 跟原本的單管舊機放在一起，體積差距一眼就看得出來。現在已經整合進機台內部了——不是外接的配件，不是將就的解法，而是從一開始就設計進去的。
