It had to work on the first try. 第一次就要能溜完

A 20-meter zipline through a public park. The brief was simple. The engineering wasn't. 一條穿過公園的 20 米滑軌。要求聽起來很簡單，工程上不是。

The trolley couldn't get stuck. 台車不能卡住

Before anything was manufactured, I ran full motion analysis and structural load calculations to meet safety regulations — working through the energy conversion precisely enough that the trolley would complete the full run regardless of rider weight or start position. First production, first ride, no stalling. 在任何東西開始製造之前，我先做了完整的運動分析和靜動態承重的法規結構計算——把位能轉動能的過程算得足夠精準，讓台車不管乘客體重或起始位置，都能順利溜完全程。第一次製造，第一次乘坐，沒有卡頓。

Taiwan has typhoons. 台灣有颱風

Wind load was another layer — CFD simulation under Category 16 gusts, truss geometry optimized to redirect pressure rather than absorb it. The structure passed. 風載是另一個課題——用 CFD 模擬 16 級陣風，調整桁架幾何讓風壓有地方分散而不是硬抗。結構通過了。

It held up well for a good while — outdoor wear and some human impact eventually took a toll, as they always do with public installations. But the engineering delivered what it promised. 裝好之後運作得很好——戶外環境和使用耗損是公共設施的現實，後來也有些損毀。但工程本身完全達到了當初承諾的目標。
